Our Services
BrandovaStudio provides digital services including resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, website design and development, SEO services, digital business cards, graphic design, and event websites. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Quotes and Payment
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Unless otherwise agreed, projects may require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. Work delivered remains our property until payment is received in full.
Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you providing accurate content, feedback, and approvals when requested. Delays in providing required materials may extend agreed timelines. You confirm that any content you supply (text, images, logos) does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Revisions and Approvals
Each service includes the number of revision rounds specified in its proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately at rates communicated in advance.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, including source files where applicable. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
While we work to the highest professional standards, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, search rankings, or business results, which depend on factors beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service concerned.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of any advance paid. Once work has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
