1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing https://www.brandovastudio.com or entering into commercial transactions with Brandova Studio ("we", "our", "us"), headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Commercial Wholesale Engagements

Brandova Studio is a dedicated B2B wholesale laptop and IT equipment supplier based in Dubai, UAE, providing commercial hardware supply and international export to retailers, computer shops, resellers, corporate buyers, and institutional clients.

Proforma invoices, purchase orders, hardware specifications, grading standards, warranty coverage, and export freight timelines are explicitly documented in individual B2B commercial agreements.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payment

Wholesale hardware quotations and inventory availability are subject to prior sale due to rapid stock movement in our Dubai warehouse hub. All formal quotes are valid for the timeframe stated on the issued proforma invoice.

Payments must be executed via authorized commercial banking channels (wire transfer / telegraphic transfer) or verified commercial payment channels in AED, USD, or mutually agreed currencies prior to dispatch.

4. Quality Assurance & Hardware Warranty

Brand new factory-sealed hardware comes with original manufacturer warranty terms where applicable.

Certified Grade A+ laptops undergo rigorous 30-point diagnostic inspection (CPU, battery health, display, memory, and storage verification) and are backed by warranty terms as specified on the commercial invoice.

5. International Shipping & Export Freight

We coordinate air and sea freight dispatch from Dubai to international destinations, including direct corridors across Africa, Middle East, and worldwide.

Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, or EXW Dubai) and customs documentation requirements are finalized upon order confirmation.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any commercial agreements entered with Brandova Studio shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
